These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases, custom-order requests, and use of misq.com.pk.

Order confirmation

Submitting an order, booking request, message, customisation request, or payment screenshot does not by itself mean that MiSQ has confirmed the order.

An order is treated as confirmed after the required advance payment has been received and verified and MiSQ confirms the order. Processing does not start before confirmation.

Customisation details

You are responsible for checking names, dates, spellings, wording, sizes, colours, addresses, phone numbers, event details, and other information you provide. MiSQ is not responsible for an error that is produced exactly from information supplied or approved by the customer.

Handmade products

Handmade, resin, acrylic, printed, engraved, or assembled products may have small variations in colour, texture, placement, pattern, resin flow, flowers, flakes, stones, or finishing. Screen colours and photographs may also differ from the physical product. Normal handmade variations are not automatically treated as defects.

Reference images and designs

Reference images may be used to communicate a preferred style, but an exact copy of another maker’s work, natural material pattern, resin flow, flower placement, or colour appearance is not guaranteed.

Prices, payments, and promotions

Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise. Website prices and confirmed custom-order quotes are not subject to individual bargaining. Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability may change before an order is confirmed.

MiSQ currently offers free standard delivery across Pakistan. Any separately agreed urgent or special-service charge will be communicated before the relevant service is confirmed.

Depending on the order and current availability, MiSQ may accept Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, uPaisa, SadaPay, Cash on Delivery for an eligible remaining balance, or another payment method communicated by MiSQ.

Advance payment

Custom or direct orders may require a 30–50% advance, depending on the order. Website checkout may show a specific enabled advance option. The applicable amount or percentage will be shown or communicated before payment.

Estimated timeframe

Estimated processing and delivery times begin after the order is confirmed:

• Acrylic items: usually 5–8 working days;
• Nikkah Nama / Booklet: usually 5–8 working days;
• Resin Tray, Plate, or Plaque: usually 5–14 working days.

These are estimates, not unconditional guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur because of customisation changes, incomplete information, material availability, production requirements, public holidays, courier delays, weather, remote-area delivery, or circumstances outside MiSQ’s reasonable control.

Event and urgent orders

For a Nikkah, wedding, engagement, anniversary, or another fixed-date event, customers should place the order at least 15 days before the event where possible.

Quick service within 5–8 working days may be available for selected orders only after MiSQ confirms availability. An additional service charge applies where quick service is accepted.

A specific event date or deadline is guaranteed only when MiSQ expressly confirms that deadline for the particular order.

Production updates

Progress photos or videos are not normally provided during production. The product is prepared according to the confirmed customisation details.

Customer-requested changes

Changes requested after order confirmation may affect the price and estimated timeframe. Once production has started, some changes may not be possible.

Website information

We try to keep prices, descriptions, timings, product information, and availability accurate. If an obvious website error is discovered before an order is confirmed, MiSQ may correct the error and ask the customer to reconfirm the order.

Misuse

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with website operation, submit harmful code, abuse forms, or use the website for unlawful activity.

Legal rights

Nothing in these terms removes any consumer right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
