I don't know how to order on the website, can I place an order with you directly?
For offline orders, we need the following information:
• Groom and bride’s names
• Date of event
• Contact person’s name
• Contact number
• Complete address
Note: We charge 30% in advance and the remaining on COD.
What products do you offer?
We make Resin Nikah Trays, Plaques, and Plates, and customize them with themes like Nikah, Anniversaries, and Birthdays. In Acrylic, we create Nikah Thumb Boards, Nikah Nama, Certificates, and laser-cut home decor items. We also offer Wooden Laser Cutting services for personalized gifts and decor.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! We offer customization options for all our products but limited. Please share a screenshot of your favorite design, and we’ll discuss with you to create a unique and personalized product.
How long does delivery take?
Our delivery timeframe is as follows:
• Acrylic material items: 3-6 days
• Nikah Nama or Booklet: 4-6 days
• Resin Tray, Plate, Plaque: 5-8 days
Please note that for event-related items, we recommend placing your order 10-15 days in advance to ensure timely delivery.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we currently have a sale of up to 40% off all regular-priced merchandise in the store.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods, including Bank Transfer, EasyPaisa, JazzCash, uPaisa, and SadaPay. To start your order, we require a minimum 30% advance payment, and the remaining balance can be paid in Cash on Delivery (COD).
